About the Event
The moment between Autumn and Winter, in Celtic traditions is Samhain ( pronounced "so-wen") There are variations of this tradition in Manx, Cornish, Scots Gaelic and Irish and it shares alot of similarities to other festivals both pagan and christian at this time of year.
To mark this time of transition Liz and Emily will bring you their original songs with themes of nature and the turning season.
Teaching will be by ear with clear guidance and made possible for all abilities to sing together in acapella harmony no matter what your experience.
Liz & Emily are delighted to be able to offer this event, share their songs and bring people together at The Abbey. There will be a fire in the ancient hearth.
N.B. Please bring your own refreshments for the break to this workshop.
